The Nexpress Digimaster e150 monochrome digital production system makes achievable originative possibilities and heightened potentialities. The Digimaster e150 enables printing on heavier and coated stocks and on a variety of paper sizes (within the specified minimum and maximum dimensions), at more productive speeds. The e150 runs with a resolution of 600 dpi at a rated speed of 150 ppm. For wider format printing, it prints at speeds of 125 ppm (paper width more than 9”-10.9”), 100 ppm (paper width more than 10.9”-13.8”), and 75 ppm (paper width more than 13.8”-18.5”).

The Nexpress Digimaster e150 is of a flexible, modular design enabling customers to create a solution that perfectly suits their business. Its marking engine facilitates improved handling of offset printed material, coated paper and heavier paper. The Digimaster e150 can achieve a maximum monthly duty cycle of 3 to 5 million impressions and supports these optional finishing options: in- and off-line Perfect Binder, in-line Hole Puncher, Integrated BookletMaker and Stacker(s).

The Digimaster e150 can be upgraded to either a MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) configuration or Commercial Print. The e150 utilizes AP print production software 6.00 which supports incorporation with hardware accessories, enhanced paper handling, digital print quality modification and RIP across many jobs in addition to powering the customer’s whole workflow.
