JJ Bender, a specialist in previously owned Xerox DocuTech, DocuColor and DocuPrint Systems and other high volume copiers and laser printers, today announced the creation of a new division responsible for developing and improving business relationships with strategic accounts. In connection with the creation of the department, JJ Bender has hired Mike Santora as Director, Strategic Marketing. In this role, Santora will be responsible for supervising relationships with strategic and national accounts.

JJ Bender has recently pledged a new commitment to its core partners with the creation of the department. JJ Bender has always prided itself on its customer service whether it was selling a previously owned Xerox DocuTech 6135 or creating a national trade-in program for a manufacturer. With a dedicated team in place, The Strategic Accounts Department intends to take service and support to new levels.

Mike Santora will lead the new team. The department includes account sales managers and account support representatives who are poised to provide one-on-one support for JJ Bender’s Strategic Partners. The objective is to establish a “virtual support desk” for strategic partner’s field sales associates to evaluate sales opportunities. JJ Bender will assist partners to overcome obstacles in the path of closing new system sales by providing resources to meet their needs. Purchase agreements, lease buyout agreements, credit applications, financing documents and de-install and removal will all be managed by the “virtual support desk.”

Santora brings over 24 years of engineering and sales management to JJ Bender. Santora joins the company from Lasercut Inc. where he last served as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Santora was responsible for diversifying the company's efforts by building a new international distribution network. Prior to Lasercut, Santora served as Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Engineering for several major U.S. and European high-tech manufacturers.
