JJ Bender Launches Cost Per Copy Program

To meet the growing needs of companies looking for flexible equipment solutions, JJ Bender announced its new Cost Per Copy Program today, which will include every piece of Xerox production equipment in its inventory.

“We felt that our customers were forced to do business backwards- having enormous fixed costs and then trying to find revenue to cover those costs- rather than letting an increase in revenue drive their expenditures,” said Jeffrey Bender, President of JJ Bender LLC.

Under the new CPC program, every piece of Xerox production equipment in JJ Bender's inventory can be delivered and installed for no cost. After that customers only pay for the copies they make, as the cost of service and supplies is included in the copy costs. The latest initiative from JJ Bender is meant to provide a competitive alternative to end users who have been outsourcing their black-and-white or color copying.

Customers have access to the latest digital equipment, including Xerox DocuColor 12s, 2045s, 2060s, and DocuTech 6100s to 6180s without needing to commit badly needed resources upfront. However, all participants in the cost per copy program can choose to convert to a purchase at any time they wish.

In direct contrast to the current culture of the up sell, JJ Bender is looking to let customers structure their costs according to productivity. The Cost Per Copy program was designed for startup ventures, seasonal businesses, and those commercial printers who are looking to move into the digital copier arena. JJ Bender also works with businesses, offering variable data print training and advice on marketing color to consumers.

The Cost Per Copy program is the latest program to be introduced by JJ Bender as part of its 25 th anniversary celebration. Earlier this year, JJ Bender rolled out a nationwide Trade-In Program to allow companies to scale back or add additional high volume copiers based on need.
