Parts 

JJ Bender's Parts Department has a unique approach to copier parts. Every remanufactured part that leaves our shop has been tested in a working copier to ensure that it meets our quality standards. That helps us bypass the typical 7 to 8 percent failure rate that is the standard for refurbished copier parts. We don't accept that as our industry standard. We won't let a refurbished copier drum or fuser roller leave our warehouse without rigorous testing because our names are on each and every part.

The top priority of our Parts Department is customer satisfaction. We have built our reputation on our rebuild process. Many times our customers will tell us that the refurbished copier part they have received works just as well, if not better, than the original Xerox copier part.
We focus our work on the details. That's why our refurbished parts arrive in professional boxes with a presentation similar to new parts. We firmly believe that you shouldn't be able to tell the difference between our refurbished parts and new parts.

You'll notice that our names and phone numbers are included with every part. We're real people and we answer our phone. We want to know if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your refurbished copier part. We always try to understand if something has gone wrong, so that we can immediately walk over to our assembly line and rectify the problem.
