Jeffrey founded JJ Bender over 40 years ago and still loves being the head cheerleader. He personally handles the sales coaching for all sales reps and champions the needs of our customers, ensuring we never lose focus on the partnership we create with you. Our company’s success is rooted in his entrepreneurial enthusiasm. When he isn’t busy leading our team, he’s searching for a good meal with his wife and hoping the Chicago Cubs win.

Beth began her career with JJ Bender over 20 years ago as a sales associate and is now the Senior Vice President of Sales & Key Accounts. She leads both domestic and international sales, driving growth through strong partnerships and customer relationships built over decades. In her expanded role, Beth focuses on delivering tailored solutions for key accounts, meaning our customers are always working with a reliable, efficient and professional partner. Her dedication and expertise make her a trusted partner to clients and colleagues alike and she also works to continuously strengthen JJ Bender’s presence in the industry. Outside of work, Beth enjoys golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

BJ started at JJ Bender as a technician, installing, de-installing, and relocating equipment. With prior experience servicing DocuTech and DocuColor systems in the early 2000s, he quickly became a key asset to the team. His talent for making it easy for our customers, our suppliers and our exporters to realize solutions that deliver on their needs, means he’s highly respected. Over the years, BJ expanded his expertise and built strong relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and end-users. He worked his way up to General Manager, overseeing inside and outside operations while continuing to drive sales, and ultimately took on his current role as Senior Vice President of Sales. Outside of work, BJ is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, sailing, and hiking.

Anne is a seasoned sales representative with more than 30 years of experience providing high-end production print and mailing equipment solutions across industries. She has led strategic vision, business development, and customer relationships throughout her career, building a deep understanding of client needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Anne has developed and maintained key accounts with some of the largest organizations in the country, including major banks, utilities, and insurance companies, securing multiple long-term contracts and partnerships. She is committed to fostering excellence, collaboration, and innovation, while continuing to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance performance, efficiency, and security for her clients.
